Port ändern beim Programm "Mouse without Borders" aus der Microsoft Garage

Vor kurzem hatte Caschy  das Programm Mouse without Borders  vorgestellt, was bei mir nun Synergy+  abgelöst hat.

Diese nutzt jedoch einen voreingestellten Port, der nicht immer von einem PC zum anderen geroutet wird (Firewalls usw.). Daher habe ich den Verbesserungsvorschlag gestellt , diesen konfigurierbar zu machen, was zu einer Antwort mit folgende Workaround geführt hat:

reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MouseWithoutBorders /v TcpPort /t REG_DWORD /d [PORT]

Also beispielsweise:

reg add HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MouseWithoutBorders /v TcpPort /t REG_DWORD /d 54321
