Nachdem ich es nun immer wieder gebraucht habe, habe ich mir hier nun mal eine Umrechnungstabelle für Kondensatoren zusammen gestellt. Typischerweise werden Kondensatoren mit uF (Mikro-Farad), manchmal aber auch als mfd, MFD, MF oder UF angegeben. Ein Tausendstel eines uF wird mit nF (Nano-Farad) bezeichnet. Hingegen wird ein millionstel eines uF mit pF (Piko-Farad) (oder als mmfd, MMFD, MMF oder uuF) bezeichnet.

Also einfach: 1 µF (Mikro-Farad, MFD) = 1000 nF (Nano-Farad) = 1000000 pF (Piko-Farad, MMFD)

Als Bezugsquelle kann ich aus Deutschland Reichelt* empfehlen. Hat man Bedarf für größere Mengen und kann die Wartezeit einplanen, so ist auch Aliexpress* praktisch.
